The sun is our source of energy, without it, the planet would not survive. This energy is in the form of light. We know light is a vibration of energy, because we can feel its heat and see its effect in making plants grow. The medical profession harnesses light, intensifying it for laser surgery and various treatments. When light passes through a prism, it breaks into the glorious colors of the rainbow. The vibration of the light does not die in the prism, merely broken down into different vibrations, red being lowest.
Chakra tuning realigns our energy centers through the use of sound energy. Every organ of our body has a frequency or a note playing at the same time. This creates harmony throughout our bodies and gives us health. The main purpose in working with and understanding the chakras is to create integration and wholeness within ourself. Realigning our chakras can be done through the use of tuning with tuning forks, application of chakra essential oils and visualization/meditation. Color amplifies other healing techniques and helps to identify and clear past life traumas.
